Front Range Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Sales Support Representative with 2+ years of experience in parts ordering, customer service, and phone-based sales support.

Pay: $19-24hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday 7am to 4pm

An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in parts fulfillment , order processing and customer service

• Strong phone and email communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor

• Proficiency in MS Office, including intermediate Excel skills

• Experience with phone sales, CRM systems

• Ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and work effectively with internal and external partners

• Coordinate and process parts orders from phone and email inquiries, ensuring accuracy from quote through final shipment

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and technicians, answering questions, tracking shipments, and resolving order or delivery issues

• Use phone sales skills to guide customers, upsell and cross-sell parts, and recommend effective solutions

• Manage multiple orders and shipping deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Handle escalations and customer complaints professionally, including urgent and complex situations

• Collaborate with technicians, engineering documentation, vendors, and the Service Manager to align parts availability with service needs

• Monitor inventory levels, deliveries, and vendor timelines; make adjustments as needed

• Learn and stay current on parts, and design changes

• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency

• Maintain accurate records using CRM, inventory, and quoting systems

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
