Front Range Staffing is seeking a Technical Support Specialist with hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience to provide technical support for CNC routers and industrial machinery.

Pay: $19-25hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
Location: Colorado Springs, CO

An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist customers professionally by phone, email, and remote support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient, solutions-focused approach.

• Strong computer skills with the ability to enter service requests, research information, process parts orders, and maintain accurate records.

• Manage multiple customer service cases while providing timely follow-up through resolution.

• Gather information from customers to understand equipment concerns and identify next steps.

• Coordinate parts, repairs, and service appointments with internal departments and field technicians.

• Accurately document customer interactions, equipment issues, parts orders, and service outcomes.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.

• Ability to learn technical information and explain troubleshooting steps clearly to customers.

• Mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of electrical, pneumatic, or industrial equipment.

• Experience with CNC machinery, manufacturing equipment, automation, or mechanical systems is preferred.

• Assist customers with basic equipment troubleshooting and determine when additional technical support or onsite service is needed.

• Willingness to learn CNC controls, components, and equipment through on-the-job training.
