Front Range Staffing is seeking experienced Sr. Mechanical Assemblers for full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities in Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay: $19-$22/hr, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with occasional overtime

An ideal candidate for this position would possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, mechanical systems, machining, or a related environment

• Experience assembling, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical components, pumps, motors, or similar equipment

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment

• Machining experience, including familiarity with CNC lathes, routers, or similar equipment, preferred

• Ability to safely work around machinery, pumps, water, electricity, and heavy mechanical components

• Ability to read and follow drawings, assembly instructions, manufacturing procedures, and work orders

• Experience using calipers and other precision measuring tools to inspect work and maintain quality standards

• Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, troubleshoot problems, and accurately complete production documentation

• Willingness to cross-train and perform a variety of assembly, machining, testing, and production duties as workload requires

• Strong attention to detail, safety, quality, reliability, communication, and teamwork

• Ability to lift and handle components weighing up to 75 pounds
