Front Range Staffing is hiring an Industrial Grinder with 1+ years' experience in Manufacturing, Finishing, and preparing parts for painting.
Pay: Starting at $17-$19 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
Required Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in metal grinding, paint preparation, fabrication, manufacturing, or a related industrial environment.
Experience grinding, sanding, deburring, polishing, and finishing metal parts using hand and power tools.
Experience preparing metal surfaces for painting, including washing, applying body filler (Bondo), glazing, sanding, and masking.
Experience inspecting parts for quality, ensuring proper surface preparation and paint readiness.
Experience safely moving and positioning materials manually or with forklifts is preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely operate a 30-pound grinder for prolonged durations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to work overtime and wear a respirator and all required PPE, including safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
Comfortable working in environments with dust, fumes, contaminants, and high noise levels.
High school diploma or GED required.
