Front Range Staffing is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to support the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall operation of a manufacturing facility.

Pay: $18 to $23hr. Depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am to 345pm

This position is ideal for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

• 2+ years of facilities, building maintenance, janitorial, or maintenance experience.

• Basic computer skills required.

• Experience with general building maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and facility repairs.

• Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.

• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.

• Forklift and/or boom lift experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.

Job Duties Include:

• Perform routine janitorial duties including floor care, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and general facility cleaning.

• Complete preventative maintenance on facility equipment, including filter changes and basic equipment maintenance.

• Perform minor building repairs and routine facility inspections.

• Maintain exterior building areas and grounds.

• Complete work orders and maintenance records.

• Respond to maintenance requests and assist with facility projects as needed.
