Front Range Staffing is seeking a CNC Finisher Technician with 3+ years experience.

Pay: $25-$30 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM

An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CNC machines and routers

• Associate Degree or Technical Trade School training in CNC Technology, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred

• Experience with machine startup, troubleshooting, calibration, and production finishing

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation to ensure machinery meets operational specifications

• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, calibration related issues during machine setup and production

• Proficient in calibrating machines using controllers, lasers, dial indicators, and precision measuring tools

• Experience machining tables and setting up CNC equipment to customer specifications

• Experience operating and maintaining shop and diagnostic equipment including hand/power tools, hoists, oscilloscopes, multimeters, voltmeters, calibration lasers, and machine tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to identify assembly or wiring issues and work collaboratively with team members to resolve problems efficiently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact with customers during installations and training visits

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Commitment to workplace safety and following all company and customer safety procedures

• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks such as kneeling, crouching, climbing, stooping, and working around machinery
