Front Range Staffing is seeking an Interim Director/VP of Human Resources with 7+ years of progressive HR experience.

Pay: $45.00 hour (Flexible DOE)
Schedules: Monday - Friday, 8 to 5pm
In Person/Remote/Hybrid: In Person

This is an interim leadership role responsible for overseeing and executing all core HR functions during a departmental transition. This individual will serve as a key partner to leadership, ensuring continuity in HR operations, compliance, and employee support.

An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience operating at a Director or VP level in Human Resources

• Strong hands-on HR generalist background with the ability to execute day-to-day HR functions

• Experience managing and leading full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning

• Extensive employee relations experience, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and coaching leadership

• Solid knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices

• Ability to step in quickly and stabilize and support HR operations during a transition

• Experience supporting organizational change, restructuring, and leadership transitions

• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with executive leadership

• Ability to analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's or HR certifications a plus)

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing talent acquisition strategy and execution

• Managing employee relations issues and workplace concerns

• Supporting onboarding and new employee orientation programs

• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

• Advising leadership on HR best practices, policy interpretation, and workforce strategy

• Assisting with organizational changes and transition planning

• Maintaining a positive, compliant, and productive work environment

This role requires a "roll-up-your-sleeves" leader who can operate both strategically and tactically.

Assignment Details:

• Immediate need with a targeted start date as soon as possible

• Minimum of 1 month, with strong potential for extension
