Front Range Staffing is seeking Mechanical Assemblers with 1+ years of manufacturing assembly experience for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay: $18 - $22/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:

• 1+ years of mechanical assembly, machining, or manufacturing experience.

• Knowledge of CNC machines preferred.

• Experience assembling large industrial machines, equipment, and complex mechanical devices preferred.

• Perform mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools, electronic tools, and pneumatic tooling.

• Experience aligning and calibrating equipment using measuring instruments such as lasers, dial indicators, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.

• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, manufacturing schedules, and quality standards.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions.

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 lbs., frequently lift up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift and move up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance.
